Yes you're exactly right, that's the idea.

It's a good job that the summer holidays are coming.
There should still be enough shifts to go round until the autumn now that Lilly & Ashley have left.

Looking at their schedules going forward they have started to book the US girls in and the UK girls look like its 2 per night going forward; if that's the case then its no surprise there will be departures.

Couple of things spring to mind:
1) The general flaky nature of the girls health/cars/personal lives means I bet at least one night next week we are down to a single UK babe
2) As S66 can barely make UK webcams work, how reliable will the US shows be. What's the betting we also have at least one night where it is off air or the US babes have equally flaky health/cars/personal lives.
3) Problem with restricted UK channels and smaller rosta is that there is less chance of tease hours/new babes coming through.

This definitely fits into the definition of a "brave" decision by S66

Yes thats my feeling now too .

Though losing Lily is a blow,i suspect it may have alot to do with some recent nights where after 3a.m she was on her own which she was understandbly upset about,its how they react to it that may well decide whether this channel survives or not,for me if the likes of Clare Richards,Yasmine James,Lucy Summers and Jennifer Jade went that would possibly signal the end for this channel,also think losing a channel to broadcast from the U.S may have seemed like a good idea but they have perhaps under estimated the negative impact it may have on the uk shows,as someone posted two have now gone and more will follow with less work available,i would suggest we try to enjoy this new USA channel because if it fails the channel could colapse soon after.

Agree with you here mrmann all babeshow babes are somewhat easily replaced and often on the babeshows when babes leave a channel, new babes will come in and replace them relatively quickly. Think this will probably still be the case regarding Lilly Roma and Ashley Emma, although s66 may wait and see how s66usa does before bringing in replacements for Lilly and Ashley. Like you I hope good replacements are brought in if s66 are replacing Lilly and Ashley Emma

How can s66 underestimate the negative impact of s66usa on its UK shows when s66usa hasn't even started yet??? Yes it could have been a factor in Lilly and Ashley Emma leaving, but just as equally it could be nothing to do with s66usa why Ashley Emma and Lilly Roma have left. Only they know why they've left

Losing Lilly is a blow, no doubt about that, but s66 will be fine. Not the 1st time they've lost a too performer and won't be the last. Can't see Yasmine and Lucy leaving myself as both seem to be happy at s66 and s66 bosses are seemingly happy with them

I'm still very positive about s66, even more so if s66usa is a success

what about Tara, Rammy? She could replace Lilly at least once a month I wonder if they'll book her a shift.
