Just watching on the news, some workers spraying green paint on the pitch in Manaus to make it look more like grass. If England are going to be playing in white they better not do too many sliding tackles or they'll end up with an expensive laundry bill.

Had to leave for work before the end last night, and not long back. Clearly going to miss a lot this World Cup. Much like Pletikosa who did have a Rough night after all...

All credit to Neymar, though, who can finally say he's joined the greats; Olivier, Guinness, Brando, De Niro, Branagh... Particular praise for waiting until he was down before screaming when Corluka tackled him!

Good game to start with the decision on the penalty was disgraceful ref was lookin straight at it was never a penalty. Strange stuff you'd have to wonder whats goin on there

Recently bought a TV from Curry's that came with a cash for goals promotion. I chose Brazil but forgot until an email today said I earned £15 off them last night. Here's to Brazil getting to the final and for the only time you'll ever hear me say....Neymar whenever you are in the penalty area, go down like you've been shot

What a bad start to the World Cup with 2 dodgy goals for the host nation, a dive for the penalty and there was a foul in the build up to the last goal, not to mention that Croatia had a perfectly good goal disallowed. At least it stopped the Brazilian population from doing much rioting last night.

I guess Cameroon are cheats now as Mexico have just had a good goal disallowed for offside.. where is all the outrage on here?...

End of the day the referee is in charge of the game, he has the final say, it is nothing to do with my country being "cheats" so stop with the crap... we did nothing different that any other team would do...

yeah but its 10£ per england goal so Sturridge Stirling Rooney all dive like your lives depended on it Channel your Inner Brazilian !!!

It is but I felt that £5 a goal from Brazil was likely to net me more money. My patriotism remains intact however

Another Good goal scored by mexico and ruled out for offiside again even though it wasn't.....
