RE: Customs4u.com any good?
So, seeing as they recently listed a model that I've really wanted to get a custom video from in quite a while, I went ahead and purchased one. It was around $400 and we're coming up to the delivery date in a few days, so it's gonna be exciting to see if they deliver. I have noticed that their online chat is manned now and then, so it's not completely impossible to get in touch with them.
I'll keep you posted on what happens.

RE: Customs4u.com any good?
Hi,
I have a pending order with this site and really wish I would have found THIS site first. There is still time for them to deliver, so maybe I shouldn't jump the gun, but it's got me a bit concerned since by the looks of it, I will be out of almost $400.
Once the due date began approaching, I dug into their site a little more and found the terms. It seems that if a performer is not "recommended", they do not have to / will not refund you if the performer is late or does not deliver at all. It seems one is eligible for an "exchange" of another performer of equal or lesser value, but what happens if THEY don't deliver?
Very Shady site... if they don't stand behind their performers, why do they list them on their site?
4. Refunds
In the event of a 'Recommended' performer failing to deliver a custom video clip within the time period the customer has selected, plus an additional 48 hour grace period, the customer is entitled to request a 100% refund. All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of request. In the event of a performer, who is not 'Recommended' by Customs4u, failing to deliver a custom video clip within the time period the customer has selected, plus an additional 48 hour grace period, the customer is entitled to request a swap with another Customs4u performer, at a price equal or lower than the value of his original order. Customs4u.com will not issue refunds on late or overdue custom video clips, ordered from performers who are not 'Recommended' and where their profile does not display the 'Recommended' seal.
In the event of a custom video clip being uploaded to the customer's dashboard, no subsequent refund requests made by the customer will be accepted by Customs4u.com. The customer is entitled to use the 'Performer Rating' feature to express any dissatisfaction with the video the customer has received.
In the event the customer forces an unjustified refund (chargeback) in the sole opinion of Customs4U.com, then the customer will be barred from any further use of Customs4U.com.
Once Customs4U.com have instructed a refund, the customer will be notified via email. Any subsequent enquiries on processing time etc. must be made with the payment merchant, CCBill.com.
The performer will endeavour to fulfil the customer's order, matching the customer's selected category and the customer's written description as closely as reasonably possible. Any enquiries on categories and descriptions can be made using the Customs4u 'Live Chat' system.

I've entered the 48 hour grace period now. The 14 days came and went and no video, and this is a "recommended" performer.

RE: Customs4u.com any good?
I hope it works out for you. Is this a high end performer that is POSSIBLY reachable via twitter or something?
I too have now entered the grace period - though my performer is not "recommended".
I reached out to the performer on twitter and email and they said they were "behind", so I guess that's a positive that I at least got a response. I have no choice but to keep waiting. I wish I would have done my due diligence first and I wish there was a better way to get the word out that this site is extremely shady, non-responsive, etc.
I know it's probably not COMPLETELY their fault, but if they are endorsing these performers and taking peoples hard earned money, they should AT LEAST respond to inquiries. I guess that's asking too much...

RE: Customs4u.com any good?
Update on my custom, I got an e-mail from customs4u support that my performer has had some plastic surgery done and therefore can't shoot videos for a little while. I was given the choice between waiting and getting a different performer to do my video (even though I had originally chosen a recommended performer and should therefore also have the option of a refund).
I guess when I pick a porn start who's had a lot of work done, I should expect this particular situation as a risk, so I have opted to wait a few more weeks to get my custom video. The performer is still listed though, and there is no warning or notice next to her customs4u profile that if you buy videos from her she won't be able to make them for at least a few more weeks.
Finally, I had an e-mail conversation with another performer on there, because I noticed that she was selling videos on her clips4sale.com store that had custom video descriptions. I asked her if I bought a custom video from her, if she would then also sell it on her clips4sale.com page, which she confirmed that she would. If I wanted an exclusive and private video the price would then be double.
I know that the customs4u.com terms and conditions mentions that copyright is still in the hands of the performer, but I would have liked to have seen a more clearly worded notice of some kind that if you buy one of their custom videos, you might end up seeing it sold to tons of other people too.
