That was "industry standard" Topless. As I have said here before in the adult industry Topless is determined by exposure of the nipples not whether your top comes off.

I can assure you that if there is a different rate at st66 for topless and non topless, then she would have been paid the topless rate for that show. I have hired many topless models in my past line of work, and if they showed nipples, you had to pay the topless rates. Argue as much as you like, but it is a fact. If you really don't believe me, you book a model, offer to pay her for "non topless" work, then she if she get her tits out for ya.... she won't.....

P.s I will add also that I am not a fan of the new USA channel, but that is maybe just me.... I also don't think things are just black or white, as there are often shades of grey in between.

I didn't watch the whole show but for the part I did it looked OK.
It's not really uncommon for models to keep their bras on anyway, I think many do this to hide scars and possibly help give them extra lift and cleavage. Some girls put clothes back on until the next caller comes through, probably so they can tease and undress for them. Perhaps some girls leave their bras on to save with the on-off thing all night.
So my opinion is this, if I can see plenty of tit to fill my appetite I'm happy.
Sometimes I must admit though, I do wish they would remove the clothes completely to show their boobs in all their naked glory.
So the topless debate IMO is a grey area with all things tolled, and probably needs to be personally judged only instead of trying to factually interpret it, so to speak.

I totally agree with Saviour123 and he took the words out of my mouth re Hannah Martin. Just rewatched all of Cara's black & white bikini section and the tits must have been out for at least 80% of that time, well over an hour. Even when she turned to show that magnificent arse, she made no attempt to put her tits back in. This was not a tease show, it was a proper night show. Cara, you were magnificent, and hopefully you will encourage Tashie, Danielle and Emma to follow suit, preferably on Channel 941.
