Played for Coloumbia although Fifa didnt recognise that

Di Stefano played for Columbia as well 3 times I think but Fifa for some reason didn't recognise the 3 caps. Certainly true though a legend.

Di stefano is the only footballer ever to play for 3 different countries.

Hardly makes the guy a so called tactical genious, if he was a tactical genious he would have beaten costa rica in 90 mins and not needed penalties...

Being a tactical genius does not mean he can make 11 individuals go out neccesarily and win a game against good opposition in 90 minutes. It means that when the chips are down and backs are to the wall that you can pull something out of the bag that changes the way the match ends in your favour.
