i just order custom video from Nikki Daniels. was not for fact i was able message back and forth with her. i would had to wait for ever to find out about problem with my video i order. for some reason they put anal in list of stuff she does. but she does not do anal. so we had to work something out. and she did. and she went extra mile too. since it went blurry near end of 15 min hd time she and more time to make up for fact it got messed up. she went extra mile to make sure fan was taken care off. so got about 19 min instead of 15min hd video. also the fact we keep in talk i knew when she was making video too. and told when she would work on it and about what time it would get posted too. she get 10 out of 10. now for company it self i give them 6 to 7 out of 10. for making site you can get custom work from one your favorite porn stars adult models. as for customer service they get 6 out of 10. i found out only way to get hold them is this way. by place order and using the e-mail replay back to them. so do not try us contact us since sucks. also for people having issue of order videos or placing one. best thing to do is find out if person you want order from is free or away. i would been in limbo if did not see fact she something coming and could not get work done in time i wanted. also if do order video make so about 7 days since give people find free time to film it or work on. since we do not know there work time.

I wish i had read more about them before i invested in a custom video from this site
this is a simple warning based on my own experience, do with it as you please..

About a month ago i decided to invest in a custom video starring Jasmine Jones. Nothing extreme, pretty straight forward stuff with a script.
I exchanged a few emails with customs4u and with Jasmine before purchasing. SO..and heres where it started to suck..
I get the video and its NOTHING like what i ordered. Meaning the only thing that was spot on was her outfit, apart from that it wasnt even remotely close to what i orderered AND paid for. Naturally i was both dissapointed and pissed off, so i first emailed Jasmine where i explained my issues, added copy of the script and asked her if she could either re-shoot it (and this time actually shoot the clip i paid for) or give me a refund. No answer. I then emailed customs4u, not once but 4 times before i got an answer and the answer was a beyond arrogant

"Did you even read our rules and guidelines?"
then reffering me to the part in their rules where it states that the model is to accomadate your order based on genre and script within reason. I answered that i had infact read that, and that in this case there wasnt even a attempt to do the video based on my script, as all the key elements to my clip (again nothing fancy or extreme, straight forward stuff) was totally ignored.
No answer. I kept sending emails explaining my issue, leaving copy of script, link to video so they could see for themselves it wasnt what i paid for. Another 4-5 emails i got one in return repeating that i had no right to a refund or anything like that, but thay i was free to use the rating system if i wasnt happy. I wasnt happy, kept explaining my cause while trying to get them to understand why i was complaining and hoping they would find a way to sort it. No answer, i rated the video 1/5 and figured it was a lost cause. Then i log on the next day and it says i gave it 4/5 rating, i didnt, so i changed it back to 1/5. Next day same thing. I sent another few emails about the fact that the rating system didnt even work and that i felt like this was a scam. i got a email back saying they changed it for me manually and for me to leave them alone. I just logged in, STILL says i gave it a 4/5 rating.



Point is..Yes everything went to fuck because Jasmine jones decided to make my video a shitty one with no focus on what i actually paid for.
BUT the way customs4u is set up, the customer has NO RIGHTS at all.
Which means that in theory you could order a bj video and recieve a video of your model eating a sandwich, and if she feels like thats reasonably close, tough shit.
To me this was the single most dissapointing custom video experience in my life. the support is worthless and rude to boot.

I will strongly reccomend anyone who is thinking about working with them to not do it. Its not worth it.

I can confirm that this site has abysmal customer support. I bought a custom video and after waiting for weeks and weeks, I had had enough and wanted my money back. I wrote in total of more than 15 e-mails without getting an answer. I left messages on their "online" customer support chat, which is in fact never ever online.

They simply ignore you, the paying customer. They are however constantly adding more models and they recently introduced a feature that allows performers to cash out their money even before they've made and uploaded the clip.

So Tim, if you're reading this. Stop shitting on your paying customers. Start giving a shit and hire some actual support staff that can deal professionally with disputes between seller and buyer, and update your damn terms of services so the customer doesn't get screwed every single time.

As it stands, NOONE should waste their money on this site. You have less than a 50/50 chance of getting a decent video, and you have 0 chance of getting your money back if the video is not what was promised.

My adage is "if it looks too simple, then there must be something iffy about it". You have to feel sorry for those who have been ripped-off. So it's yet another site to add to 'avoid at all cost' list.

I so wish i did my research and found this thread before using customs4u. Below is my experience

Avoid it like the plague.

First Offer was with Danni G. After 1.5 months and no delivery (paid for offer and custom video) They will not refund your money only transfer it to another girl. They WILL not refund any offer or transfer the amount of an offer to any other model.

So after 1.5 months of the model not answering to my emails or custom4us mails, i transferred my payment to another model Natasha Voya (had to pay an extra 150 as her fees were more) After another 1.5 months of no delivery (model says she cannot upload the video to customs4u as customs4u wont accept the file) customs4u support staff tells me she has snail mailed the video to them to upload. No more response from the model

so in closing They will only refund your money if the model is on their "reccommended" list. If she is not, DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR A VIDEO OR OFFER ON THIS SITE.

Just came across this page while searching for something.

I have also had a nightmare experience with that custom4u shower in fact so good they barred me from the site.

I ordered a few videos that were never delivered, one seller posted on twitter that her account was hacked and not to buy off them and later denied this I sent a screen shot of the post to the customer support people and they told me I was lying and they will always take the side of the seller.

In the end I had to contact CCBill to get my money back from them, they were very helpful and from what I can gather they are not too impressed with they was customs4u are doing business.

Always keep the CCbill receipt as they will refund you if the other bunch of gangsters wont.

Well, as long as you edit out your personal information, any chance you can post who you were trying to order videos from?

Just so the rest of us has a heads up on who to avoid like the plague.

Customs4u seems to have varied success with the host of models they work with. It doesn't surprise me that some models with less morals would attempt to take the money and run since we're paying them the whole amount upfront.

Georgie (can’t remember her second name now) was the one who said her account was hacked and not to order anything from the site, only to change her story very quickly. I can’t see her on the site at the moment so hopefully she is gone for good.

Another was Brooke Diamond, she sent me a video that had nothing to do with what I asked for and after a bit of searching I found that it was an old video that she was selling on clips4sale. I reported her and was basically told to like it or lump it.

And finally Nikki Nevada, no problem with Nikki, but I ordered a video from her and after hearing nothing after two weeks I found her on another site and sent her a pm. Apparently she asked at the start of the year to be removed from the site as she is pregnant and would not be doing videos until next year. She is still listed on the site as active!!

As I said in my other post I had to contact CCbill to get my money back and Customs4u were not happy about this at all so they barred me. Oh and they didn’t like me answering them back with facts.
In saying that I got two videos from Carla Brown made and I couldn’t be happier with the service from her, she sent one video two hours after ordering it.

Also as somebody pointed out somewhere else it is worth contacting the models themselves to see can they do a custom video. Only last week I seen Carla offering customs videos on twitter I contacted her with the details and she quoted me £250 to get the same video done through customs4u would have cost me £540 so you can see why they don’t want to refund the money. And the video Carla shot was fully HD and shot professionally. And worth every penny!!!
