It's good of Amanda to think about her listening audience. Not every girl is so thoughtful.

Comedy experience for me tonight. Not naming the girl because I know she reads here and i'm not getting called out on twitter again ffs. Said a while ago not calling any channel again, but thought I would give one a first try and was disappointed in the first couple of minutes. Was polite as always and a simple polite request to just stand up so I could get a better view was refused and I was put back in the menu, she put the phone down next to her on the bed and didn't seem to have another call for a bit as she chatted away with someone behind the camera. Right waste.

My advice, stick with your regulars if they do it for you.
The best calls i've ever had are with Terrie Hawkes whenever she's on the nightshow, there's a girl who isn't stuck up and knows what she is doing.

Real sorry to hear about that with whoever the babe was. I have noticed this a lot too, some of the babes (Not naming names either, think we all know who they are) seem more interested in chatting and giggling away with whoever is operating the camera at that particular time.

Now don't get me wrong, if they wana chat with cameraman in between calls now and then thats fine. But if they do it too much its like they are not giving two shits about the service they are actually getting paid to provide. Unfortunately this is getting more and more common with some girls

Does anyone know - are the girls paid a "commission" based on how many calls (or length of calls) they take, or are they just paid a flat rate per shift?

i far as i know the girls are on set rates of pay, but they are expected to reach a set amount of minutes a night,
the problem with this set up is that if a girl has a good regular fan base who all phone her early in the night then she can get her quota in by 1 or 2am and there is no incentive to push on,

Well the last time I called Cara Brett a daytime show I don't no what I was expecting but probably no this lol this guy was on the phone for about 5 minutes explaining the contents of his fridge to her and the weather :/ This was a while back and I never got through I actually hung up lol
