This post is kinda related, kinda off topic. Not specifically aimed at Keira, I was just reminded.

A year or so ago I was nosing at the adult webcam sites. Didn't intend to pay or wank, I just watched the part where they begged for money before going behind a block screen for those who had paid, because I was curious on how it all worked.

There was one girl in particular I remember.

She wasn't really showing that much or doing that much. She was trying to raise funds to do a 20 minute show for I think $400.

During this fundraising time she said that anyone who didn't pay would be booted from watching or chatting the pre-show. Again, at this point she was pretty much dressed and so all you could see was some girl on a webcam, but she decided that if you paid nothing you couldn't even look at her at all.

Amusingly she even managed to boot people who had in fact paid and were waiting for the show to start.

She didn't raise her $400 and kept resetting / restarting the clock in hope of raising 400. But because she kept booting people and kept the payers waiting, it just never happened. She literally behaved herway out of income simply by being demanding/greedy.

It's interesting really. On the one hand if you're showing off your body then it's not unreasonable to expect people to pay something towards that. On the other, where there are tits there are 100 men and 90 of them aren't paying squat - just the way it is. Alienating those who don't pay simply because they don't pay is a really bad idea and in the long term it will just give you a bad name and no one except a newcomer is gonna pay.
