RE: XtremeFilth - General Chat & Discussion
I'm left a little bemused on this channel. Trying to think why S66 are renting out studio space to this new group. Couple of thoughts:

1) They seem to be positioned to compete with Storm and XXpanded (i.e. lots of girls and cheap calls). They will have to go some as both the other channels are cheaper and, and I know this down to personal taste, the girls are better on the other channels.

2) Can't figure the finances on this; S66 must be renting channel and studio space yet the girls are working on very low call margins at the rate they charge. On the basis that S66 rent out at a reasonable level considering they've lost the revenue of the additional channel, then the new channel must be on shit margin. They are going to have to go some to make any money

3) If they are using this channel simply as a leg up to the webshow how do they know it will have any bearing. Again the girls are fairly run of the mill compared to what you can get on the rest of that damned interweb(!) so if they are expecting to charge a premium because of their TV presence again I'd be amazed if the numbers stack.

Just feels like another knee jerk by S66; they've got themselves a channel, they don't feel like they make money by doing 3 channels themselves so are looking for something different.

I suspect we will see a few months of running before a financial meltdown by the team running the channel and S66 searching for another idea for it.

However, that didn't stop a few days worth of people debating encryption laugh Despite it saying on Daily sport there's a babeshow and a webshow launching a month apart.

Edit: Jimmy answered first Tongue

So why the hell didn't they just make the S66 USA a webshow only, then at least they would be offering up something different. i.e. American pornstars as opposed to UK girls?
I have no opinion on the matter, i'm just telling you what they are doing.

I don't know what Jamie thinks, nor do I care, but i'd suggest visiting LaDirectModels (direct models live) for the answer to your current question.

Ohh yes! It's good to be bad

Perhaps it will improve like S66 USA did after a few weeks, to some extent anyway.
But for me here's the thing, why hype a new show to then put zero effort into it's launch? It's like starting a race with a deliberate puncture, stopping to fix it then spending the next God knows how long trying to catch up and cover lost ground Huh (First impressions)

Fuck it anyway, we knew this would happen bladewave

It seems like a good piece of business by Studio 66, if your version of the position is correct anyway. KKHC are the ones taking the risk here, whilst Studio 66 are sitting back and having a cigar.

What would be interesting to know is how long the initial agreement is for.

Yes if the hairbald story is correct, then if KKHC succeed Studio 66 also win, and if KKHC don't succeed then Studio 66 still win. Cool

I've been a longtime fan of Kartel K since she started on the babeshows on BS Apprentice 2 years ago..
Last night's show gave her no chance to show what she can do....
Towards the end it was looking more like Studio66 than a show in a box, but the damage had been done...

I'm just having a punt on their financial model.

If it goes tits up quickly them S66 will likely be left with unpaid rent/bills from the venture. As I suspect the ladies have no assets (excuse the pun) then S66 will likely be out of pocket and their would be little point pursing the XF team through the courts. They'll also be left with a channel they must continue to pay for (I assume) or use themselves (which they currently think is not viable).

Nobody will come up smelling of roses on this I suspectSad
