interesting stuff admin but the bit above don't make scene as you can't say 66 are not in charge of content but that they monitor the output, as for me 66 is deciding what makes it to air, you can bet if a girl is doing something they don't like the 66 logo will pop up which gives them ultimate control of the content the channel is producing, which is the point i have been making

All the equipment, staff,advertising etc etc is one thing.
But how about the mentoring side of things?
This is my point about the S66 involvement, and I think it's a major point to consider.
So the next question is "are S66 mentoring Xtreme filth"?
Well you tell me because I know what I think, it goes without question and makes sense.
So if that's the case, then I will rest mine, and stand by the question - could this have been better with no S66 involvement whatsoever, especially mentoring?

So what we know is STD 66 are the licencee's of Ch942, they are the service providers of the XtremeFilth show broadcast .
So they should have overall control and be ultimately the ones responsible for the services and content of what is broadcast on the XtremeFilth show in order to comply with Ofcom rules, that's if i'm reading Ofcom's rules right

So i find it a little stupid that STD 66 staff/producers aren't in charge of content, especially with all the Ofcom stuff going on, if XtreneFilth break the rules, it will be STD 66 who will get in trouble,
Then again this is the company that let their girls go topless after 5.30 and were found in breach by Ofcom, apparently the producer went home early and no one noticed the time, or something like that, thats what they told Ofcom anyway lol .

Yes, and it's precisely because of these lame ass wankers who call in that the shows are so crap.

Admin just told everyone they are in control of the compliance side of it. XtremeFilth is the only content you see, but the channel is still regulated for compliance.

Yes i know, but it seems stupid for the STD 66 producers not to be involved in some way with content, especially when they are in the same studios, and STD 66 is already being investigated by Ofcom .

{edit} i said should have overall control because that's what should be the case according to the rules, but that isn't always how things are, Ofcom have revoked the licence of babe channels in the past because the should have been in control but weren't , that doesn't mean i think STD 66 aren't by the way .

This information is incorrect. The channel is not Studio 66 in all but name, because the show is an independent production. The cameramen for the show are not supplied by Studio 66 as claimed and neither are any producers or production staff. There are no Studio 66 producers in charge of content, although Studio 66 do monitor the channel output for Ofcom compliance. It's not true either to say that Xtreme Filth are only in charge of the girls, as they have total creative control over the channel output, subject of course to compliance with Ofcom's broadcasting code.
