I understand you yourself see differences. I'm just saying that some of the bleating about Clattenburg in RedCafe today is well nigh identical to the sort of bleating that used to go on about Howard Webb in the RedAndWhiteKop forum. More-or-less the same phrases, the same aggressive name-calling, the same implied lack of professional impartiality. Bias is being implied.

So you wouldn't complain if you had two decisions go against Liverpool? You do that even when they don't.

On a serious note, Chelsea don't deserve to win the title, all those attacking players and they still "park the bus". They didn't have a short on target till after the red card and still sat back even after scoring despite having a man advantage, they really are boring. And to stick it in a Chelsea legend scores.

I don't think that Chelsea can be accused this season of not playing attacking football.

But c'mon ... you're away from home against Manchester City? You set up to defend and nick one on the counter-attack. It's not boring; it's smart. I love the fact that Chelsea have a Plan A, B and C. It's the sign of a manager that is both smart and hungry to win. I also appreciate a great tackle as much as a great goal.

(And we would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for that meddling Lampard...)

Yes its more attacking compared to last season and yes I understand why they setup to play counter-attack football, but it clearly didn't work (until the goal) and Mourinho did nothing to change it because he would've been happy with a 0-0. I can't say I blame him, but yeah when you're 1-0 up and have a man advantage I don't see why you wouldn't try to control the game instead of sit back and expect an attacker to follow the oppositions makeshift left back into your box.

Chelsea won most of their games last season against the top 6 teams yet still somehow managed to not win the league. The defensive negativity cost them last season and its happening again this season, its something he was criticised with at Real Madrid.

I'm not saying they should become a team that goes guns blazing and is exposed constantly at the back like Liverpool were last season or Everton in the 3-6 loss to Chelsea at home

Fair enough. I actually think that what cost them last season was a lack of players that were capable of breaking down teams that parked the bus against them. That's why they did fine against the top 6, but blew it against Sunderland, West Brom and West Ham. Fabregas and Costa were excellent buys in that respect and, if Hazard steps it up a notch, that will be problem solved.

Last 30 minutes, Leicester pissed over United, when Di Maria got took off Man Utd capitulated.

We had a player who was playing Non League football about three years ago, and he completely terrorised United all game. United going forward second half ran out of ideas, Moore & Morgan headed & cleared everything for Leicester.

Good thing about Leicester as well, is until today we haven't had Jamie Vardy & Danny Drinkwater 100% fit, we still have Matty James to come back to full fitness, all three of which were probably our best three players last season. Also we have had to call upon players who wouldn't necessarily play like Andy King & Dean Hammond, but they've performed incredibly well so far.

Still early days mind, but as Neville has just said United were soft centred. Cambiasso & Hammond can be dirty bastards when they want to be & proved that second half by getting stuck in, while Vardy's pace will trouble any team in the league, and Ulloa is a machine atm. United last 30 minutes couldn't handle any of that.

Just waiting for the Porto v Boavista derby to kick off on BT Sport Red Button, been delayed by Rain Hopefully we have a nice win and go back top
