Yes that was an excellent post. From all the available evidence it appears that PhredE summed the position up very nicely. Cool

RE: XtremeFilth - General Chat & Discussion
XtremeFilth is just 1 program broadcast on Ch 942 by STD 66, it is not a channel, it's a program that STD 66 has the ultimate content control over, if STD 66 see something they think should not be broadcast they flick the switch and put up the STD 66 logo, they control the broadcast output .

You can't really compare a Rugby team using the ground and facilities etc owned by a football club to this set up, basically because the football club does not have the ultimate control of what the Rugby players do, they are totally independent from each other, the football club would not pull the plug and drag a Rugby player off (put up the logo) if they thought the rugby player might break the rules, they wouldn't be held responsible by the powers that be if rugby players break the rules . Whereas STD 66 would be held responsible if the XtremeFilth girls break the rules, the buck stops with STD 66, they are the channel and program broadcasters and licence owners of Ch 942, they control overall broadcast output of XF .

Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .

Another straw man argument. Nobody here has ever said that Xtreme Filth are 'wholly independent' of Studio 66. How can they be when they rely on Studio 66 to provide all the infrastructure for their shows? Huh

Another straw man argument. Apart from you, everyone has known all along that Studio 66 provide all the infrastructure for Xtreme Filth's broadcasts. If you needed proof of that you're the only one that did.

That would depend entirely how how you define 'part of 66' wouldn't it? It's not a form of wording I would use because it's ambiguous.

Not according to Krystal. She says Studio 66 monitor them for compliance only. If you're calling her a liar why don't you show us the evidence that entitles you to do so, rather than just repeatedly calling her a liar.

This is definitely wrong and a big mistake by mr mystery. To run a sports ground of any significant size you need a license from the relevant local authority. If the terms and conditions of the licence were broken, such as staging a fixture outside of the permitted hours, the license holder would be the one held accountable for that. It would be no defence to say that the rules were broken by another club which they were allowing to share the stadium. So if the rugby club breached the terms of the license the football club as the license holder would be the party held responsible.

I don't give a shiny shite who 'owns' or 'runs' XtremeFilth. What I care about is quality of babes. Which is why I avoid this channel.... i thought the contrast when Kara was on the channel was stark.

I did not think there would be a channel I have less interest in than Golden Grannies but well done Xtreme filth you accomplished it laugh

I hate injustice and liars

Cause it isn't wrong and a big mistake lol, im talking about what the players do on the pitch during the game etc, the owners of the football club would not be held responsible for the conduct etc by the powers that be of the rugby players on the pitch during a game, or even another football club using the same ground if they break various rules during the game, whereas STD 66 would be held responsible by the powers that be for what the XF girls do on screen ie break the rules
.
Thats why i'm saying you cannot really compare a Rugby team using the ground of a football team to the relation ship between XF using the STD 66 studios and being broadcast by STD 66, it's totally different

Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .

on point one the best analogy i can come up with is fiat and ferrari, ferrari has the independence to make the day to day calls but all the big stuff is controlled by fiat,
in much the same way 66 has the power to veto any thing they don't like and stop it going on air

on point 2 you are the only one who has called anyone a liar,
i think she did not understand how it would all work when she made that statement, as has been proved many times since 66 has used the logo to block what XF are producing reaching air and in doing so have proved they have full control over them
