Brilliant redlightcentral. Your reference to myself and another forum member ("to name a few") for "thanking" someone who spoke out about poor service does what to help their situation? I have been on the receiving end of having calls put through to offscreen girls myself when testing the lines for girls.

To be fair Mellie they did say they would investigate so lets see what the result of that is.

Like anyone providing a service unless they get feedback - good or bad - nothing can change.

My own view is that these phone systems are not entirely reliable and don't always work as they should.
