So Wimbledon starts today

Can/Will Murray win it?

With Nadal out you’d think he’s got a one-way ticket to the final

So you would think he’d cruise through to the 1/4s, where he might face the guy that just knocked him out of the French Open, Gonzalez, but that was on clay so i think Murray would beat him on grass

And if he does beat him he will probably have Roddick in the semis, which again you would tip him to win that

And then just some geezer in the final, goes by the name of Federer (I aint heard of him either)

So hopefully it will be a decent tournament, and finally the roof is up on Centre Court so no more bloody rain disrupting the big matches

Cant stand Andy Murray and hope he chokes in the first round shame that wont happen.

Murray is beginning to grow on me but its all the hype I cant stand. I know its not his fault but please............
On a happier note its good to see Maria Sharapova back playing (from purely a tennis viewpoint you understand) and she won her First Match.

Shame Laura Robson lost, but she had a real go at a former world number 5!

I've become used to it by now although I keep telling Maria to be quieter in case the neighbours complain
