I'm loathe to call it a crisis but with the every extended day show stints from Gemma, Lucy Anne and now Evelyn it does look like S66 are having to be creative about filling the gaps.

If you were S66 you'd be getting an industrial load of cotton wool to wrap around Kandi and Olivia right now

They will be fine when their best night performer Kerrie Lee gets back

66 must have a plan in hand for more night girls, why would they have let Amy and Charlie move over to the XF roster if they don't think they can cover those shifts,
Candy's signing is a good thing and can't help but think they may go for more girls from xpanded maybe Candy's cousin Tullulah could be next to follow her,
the other option is give XF another channel as they now have a big night roster

I don't believe a word of it. The 'conspiracy theories' posted here never seems to stop.

Studio 66 aren't short of night girls. Ella told me she would do more shifts if given them. I bet Emma Butt would too and most likely others as well.

The funny thing is whenever people claim they are short of girls there are always 2 girls on 1 channel at the time. It happened when Lucy was on late. She was on 1 channel and 2 girls had to share the other channel, and yet still people tried to claim that Lucy was only on because they were short of girls.

Whatever Studio 66 do they do for a reason. If they think the popularity of their day girls makes it worth putting them on nights then that's what they'll do. I know they have been asking Evelyn to stay late for ages as she mentioned it to me a long time ago.

Whether this is a good stategy or a bad strategy I don't really know, but it's clear that it's a deliberate policy. The rates these day girls need to stay late means it doesn't come cheap either, although as Evelyn wouldn't do adult chat I imagine her rate wasn't astronomical at least.

Kara would do more nights if given the chance. She'd willingly give up some of her day shifts in exchange for more nights.

Looks like another new nightbabe on s66 tonight called Kourtney, according to the schedule on the s66 website tonight. Could possibly be Kourtney from xpanded.

Agree winsaw, s66 aren't short of nightbabes, if they were then they wouldn't have allowed the likes of Amy Rose, Charlie Monaco and Jessica Kelly to go to xtreme filth. They would have kept them on the s66 night roster

To be candid, there is clearly a difference between having "enough girls" generally and having enough girls of the Kandi / Clare / Adele caliber of physical beauty, performing skills and phonesex aptitude to bring in lots of callers.

And I know that it is subjective and in the eye of the beholder and all of that lovely stuff, but -- at the risk of speaking out of turn and for others -- when people say that s66 is "short of girls", I think we mean that they are short of quality prime time night show eye candy.

Another porn analogy comes to mind. Back in the day, there were always a handful of "boxcover girls" that could sell a movie -- and then a small army of forgettable faces who filled out the scenes in between.

S66 may have a full roster of here-today-gone-tomorrow babes, but they are noticeably and perilously short of "boxcover" girls.

I think Goodfella puts it pretty well; its a calibre issue. Its the big earners that are the issue (although you may have a point with Ella - she does seem to have a decent fan base). The girls they let go, the current pillaging of XXXpanded, are not in the same category as the Clare, Adele, Hannah, etc. Hell they could stick me on screen if they needed although I think even Snookered would draw the line at calling me up

As for consipiracy theories, well the assertion that S66 may have a strategy would make your average, pot smoking, 1970s, Area 51 fixated, Californian Beach bum glow with pride
