Here the Admiral claims to know the motivation for S66 actions:

And I assume that Admiral makes that claim on the (reasonable) assumption that making more money is ultimately behind almost every decision that s66 makes.

That is not the same thing as claiming to know the outcome of those actions, which makes this statement (about how much money was actually earned) equally true:

And his Lucy Anne question reminds me of those Ed Stafford programmes, Naked And Marooned.

For those who are unaware, Naked and Marooned is a survival series where Ed Stafford is left naked and alone in isolated spots, such as the middle of a forest.
