Yes Craig Thomson was a fucking arsehead, he is the worst ref in the game, he is card crazy, the only man that deserved a red card is Paul Dixon in my opinion but I can't really agree with Sm© that the ref was on our side, afterall he sent off the wrong man. calum butcher was the man involved in the spat, Paul Paton was an innocent bystander. The ref was a shambles throughout the whole game and in my opinion both teams suffered as a consequence.
Onto the game, I'm not going to lie to you we got very lucky holding out for a 1-1 draw, our keeper Rado was exceptional in the second half saving shot after shot. 1st half wise I think the game was really on a level playing field, once we went down to 9 men it was one way traffic. My nerved were fucking shattered after that ordeal. I'm just delighted that we're still in the Scottish Cup
Also with Mackay Stevens and Armstrong cup tied then thats a massive bonus for us as without them it's clear to see why Celtic struggle to break teams down and convert their chances. The same ofcourse could be said about us too as our form has slumped dramatically since we sold the pair.
Onto the draw for the Semi Finals which went as follows.
Inverness CT or Raith Rovers v Celtic or Dundee Utd
Hibernian v Falkirk
Ties to be played 18/19 April

RE: Scottish Football
Firstly good result tonight for Aberdeen beating Motherwell after conceding an early goal. Motherwell will probably feel hard done by having produced a much improved performance but it's all about scoring and not conceding. Also from a neutral point of view it's good to see at least one team putting the pressure on Celtic.
Final score - Aberdeen 2 Motherwell 1
Onto this Sundays League Cup Final. As a Dundee United fan I'm not too optimistic about getting a result but I think the underdogs will probably suit us down to the ground as we tend to play better when the expectation isn't on us.
From earlier this week we had the 2 Club captains Sean Dillon and Scott Brown posing with the trophy.
Sundays Programme will take on this form. May the best team win just so long that it's the men in Black and Tangerine

Cheers Doddle but I had to sell my ticket to my sister who is going in my place instead so I'll be watching it on the telly instead.
A few weeks ago a made a prediction that Rangers might not even make the Play Off's and now the guys on Sportscene are also echoing this sentiment (I wonder if they visited this forum)
It's also been pointed out that Hearts could win the league Championship as early as next Sunday if they win and other results go their way which would be the earliest I can remember in living memory of a team winning the league especially as we're not even into April yet
From a neutral point of view I hope that tomorrows League Cup Final turns out to be a cracker as I remember last years event between Inverness CT and Aberdeen being a real stinker.
Incidentally speaking Celtic's Virgil van Dijk and Dundee United's Paul Paton have both won their red card appeals and so that's a massive boost to both sides. I'm gutted that Nadir Ciftci won't be available to play for us tomorrow because of the second yellow card he picked up in the Semi Final win over Aberdeen so the onus is really going to be on Ryan Dow to grab the goals.
With regards to Ryan Dow I actually heard about him when he was still very young as he just so happened to be the grandson of my mum's best friend who always used to say to us to keep our eyes peeled out for him as she reckoned at the time that he was going to be a star of the future and she was proved right
