Attention - Please Read - Our Videos Are Being Stolen

It has come to my attention the past few days that content has been ripped off from this forum aswell as the liveshow forum.

Last night I did a google search and noticed that one of my Lori Buckby videos has been stolen off me and posted on the porn hub as it has the exact same cuts as I was late cutting the stream off so at the end of the video you will see a few minutes of Jada on the pool table.

I'd be willing to bet that it's the deposits file that has been ripped off as video bam isn't as easy to do whereas in a deposit download you get the exact same file that I had before I uploaded. I don't actually know how to embed at the start of the vid to say uploaded by Scottishbloke so any help in this would be very much appreciated.

Unfortunately on this forum we do not have a feature that only allows registered members to be able to view the content. Could I please urge admin to give serious consideration as to adding this feature as like all video uploaders on this site I do not wish to work my arse off all night uploading content only for some thief to come in and steal content from me to post on various porn sites throughout the internet

The unfortunate down side of uploading anything to the Internet i'm afraid.

As a former Semi-Professional Photographer, i lost count of the time & money i spent sending invoices and Legal threats to people who thought they could use my images free of charge.

I haven't posted many vids on this forum compared to others. However i do know that it requires quite a lot of time and effort.

I appreciate all members who take the time to post vids. Without your efforts this forum would soon turn to shite!

Like scottishbloke said it is unfair to upload vids onto shitty porn sites. Especially in poor quality. If doesn't do the models justice and takes the piss out of the effort of the original uploader.

I personally don't care if my vids are reposted on other sites as long as they are in the same quality i uploaded them. However most vid makers do care. SO DON'T DO IT!

If unsure ask them.
We can't afford to lose the video contributions of lot of members here due to a few assholes!

Please respect peoples wishes, thank and rep vid makers when they make a video you like.

Only allowing registered members to see content is pointless, it clearly doesn't work if liveshows are still having videos taken and used elsewhere, a content thief would just sign up and continue to do what they want.
If you post videos on a forum, your aim is to get downloads, if you download a video on a forum you should do so for personal use, not to try and pass it off as your own. There is no way to control this shitty behaviour, sure we can ban people who are found to be guilty of doing it, as there is a certain level of trust and respect expected, but in the long run, there is no way to stop it. Some of my old videos have been put on tube sites (which I was surprised about, as they aren't exactly hq).
Dealing with forums guilty of theft is much easier than porn tubes, you can report the content to them with a link to your original post though, they might remove it if you word it correctly, i.e this forum has the permission of the copyright holder to host such content, they don't.

Noticed a few of mine on there, of various different people, which do still contain the 'book-ends' that I put on my vids. So it is safe to assume that, if you did manage to put uploaded by Scottishbloke at the start of your vids, people would presumably still steal them. Personally, I can't be bothered to try to prevent them doing it - although I'm unsure if that's because I've lost interest in posting vids or because of other concerns. Don't think you're going to change anything, only allowing registered members to view content. They'll find a way.

If they want the videos badly enough, they'll just register...

Most of my recorded call videos are on PornHub. I've commented on a few of them, "I remember recording this on the 7th April 2011, only cost me £10.90 "
It didn't really bother me till a few weeks ago when all of my PornHub uploads were taken down for copyright reasons, yet the same vids stolen by other people are still there.

lol same thing happened to me steve. got all my vids taken down for claimed copyright violations. fair enough i got some of them off torrents but most were my own grabs..
i found out couldnt upload any more so asked why?. turns out it was a complaint from another member saying i took his content...
when i looked at his profile and he had 3 of my vids all under lock and key.
i told em what the score was, but because he complained first and i had no proof of ownership, he got a pass..
so now all i post is vidbams and if you want the originals you gotta pm me.

1 thing some ph users do is water mark your upped content. maybe we should all start doing the same with something like upped at babeshows.(coz i dont like tattooing my sig all over the web) , just a thought.

I had the same problem a few years ago from a few videos i uploaded on this forum, So ever since then and as now if i upload videos i watermark the video, so if someoneone wants to take the time to re-edit the vid crop it to get rid of my watermark then all the best to them!
