At least Scottishbloke is trying to focus on context, e.g. nudity being shown during the day on mainstream channels, whereas it's not allowed until late at night on the babe channels. And I agree with him and Paul that the Comedy Channel is definitely not a kid's channel - I've no idea where you got that from. Perhaps you could answer Paul's queries as well.
Sorry if I've missed the point you're trying to make.
Ill put my hand up to one off topic post, to lighten the mood, and I find it interesting to see just how much name and format recognition the babe channels get, given than Ofcom say only 1% of the population watch them regularly, but I thought I had covered the other points. Lets try again.
The topless scene on the ComedyCentral show went on far longer than it needed to in order to establish the point. That makes it gratuitous and technically a breach of the broadcasting code. I am not about to lodge a complaint, but suspect that if someone did so Ofcom would huff and puff and find a way of not censuring the show. Possibly their favourite trick of saying it has not broken the rules and issuing a warning at the same time.
They don't show the same leniency towards babe channels, which is hypocrisy in my book.
Accepted it isn't ready a kids channel, but it certainly is a young persons channel, and much of the content is cartoon, which suggests to under 18s that it is for them. Try explaining the concept of adult cartoons to a teen whose brain is being rewired by their hormones and is up a bit later than usual because its Friday and/or there has been a party.
As for Game Of Thrones, some versions have strong sex that is not suitable for broadcast before 10pm, which is generally accepted as the point at which the postwatershed "gradual transition" ends, except for babe shows. At least one clip features a woman raising her head after a blow job with visible sperm on her lips. I might be wrong, but from memory think she then kisses someone who is unaware. If broadcast in the UK that would be streets ahead of anything babeshows are allowed to broadcast - even suggestive use of gel is banned, in case someone mistakes a large quantity being poured for ejaculation.
