A schedule see it was not so hard

yes but why put up a schedule at 9pm? people may as well just wait another hour and see who is on for themselves, ideally i'd like to see the schedule for the nightshow line up put up in the morning or early afternoon

Agreed Joey but that would assume they knew themselves. At times I think they don't know until someone walks through the door

If they only know when someone walks in then the show is doomed you can't run it by winging it all the time you have to have some structure

Absolutely agree Broncobilly. Amazes me that some of the really easy stuff is so hard for them. Having said that all the channels seem to be lacking in basic management skills

Broncobilly, you could say the same about any company in the country until the person walks through the door let's say in the morning you don't know if they are turning in for work or not.
