RE: Babestation - General Chat & Discussion
I actually think that the freeview exclusives are a cover story. I honestly think there is some sort of issue going on with the Dutch Licence and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if ofcom are at the bottom of it all, I've always suspected that as the night after the cucumber show BS1 on SKY got toned down significantly.
Have you noticed that as soon as the freeview exclusive ends and the show broadcasts to SKY that the panties are always immediately put back on. This is more than Cellcast just experimenting or making a commercial decision about splitting the content. BS1 on SKY has had zero full nudity since the cucumber show. You can't bullshit a bullshitter

At first i was wondering if the taming down of Sky BS1 had something to do with the cucumber show, but the thing is the cucumber show was also broadcast on freeview BS1, both have a Dutch licence, but only Sky has been tamed down, surely if it is something to do with Ofcom then both would have had to have been tamed down, but only the Sky shows has been tamed.
Basically i don't even have a theory about what's behind it, which is not like me lol .

RE: Babestation - General Chat & Discussion
Well mr mystery for many years you and me have witnessed the cynical and totally baffling tactics deployed at Ofcom HQ having had many a long winded discussion on that part of the forum and with ofcom just about anything is possible in their unreasonable and bizarre way of thinking.
As daft as it seems I actually think that Ofcom have told Cellcast to tone down the shows on SKY but continue as before on freeview as more minors are likely to be watching or be offended by the SKY content.
This would have been an order from Ofcom hence the reason for no mention of this in any of the bulletins and I reckon Babestation are too embarrassed to tell us the real truth hence the reason it's most likely that their story about it being commercial and of there own free choice is basically a bullshit lie in order to save face

RE: Babestation - General Chat & Discussion
^ Ofcom has the power to make shit up as they go.
Years past, after originally banning the women from swearing on the mic, they allowed them to swear up a storm on the SKY channels, then within a very short time, the women were no longer allowed to swear again (Looking at you Michelle Thorne) lol.
So, that to me says that Ofcom can say one thing, and then next week decide to go back on what they agreed on.
It's possible that they told the producers at Babestation, that because the cucumber session was too naughty, that from now on they need to be tamer on SKY. Maybe they threatened them, by saying they'd be much more willing to fine them for things they were lenient on in the past, if the producers didn't obey them.
