I think the "Booking Manager" does contact the girls on a monthly basis to arrange their slots!
Problems are, how many slots a month have to be left free for "Trial Shows" and the regular trouble all babe channels have when they send the Text out to check the girl is coming in for her shift and she replies that for whatever reason she is not available! These slots have to be filled at very short notice!
A Schedule can be created quite easily I understand, any good Web designer can create a Schedule Template and explain to the Booking Manager how the Data has to be entered to create the Schedule!
The problem is making sure the information is correct at ALL times! I have seen so many comments when a schedule has been available for a long time and suddenly at the last minute it either changes or different girls are on the show and people are very upset and complaining!
So who's job is it to make sure the Schedule is correct, girls who cannot make shifts are removed, if they cannot do a full shift the times are amended, girls who are given new shifts are added and who has overall responsibility 24 hours a day!
Many channels seem to only have very short schedules now. about a week max and I have never seen an official schedule for Babestation and the longest they put on a Blog is three days Saturday to Monday! People still complain if Monday is not what was advertised on Saturday! The Stations cannot win!
Also the Booking Manager only books girls to fill slots at various times of the day. The Producers then decide with the girls available who will go on what channel at what time, some stations make it easy the girl is on this channel all of her shift with this number of breaks of this length (all that has to be arranged is who goes on a break when so that all the channels are covered by a girl whenever possible), others make it harder when they like to have their girls on different channels during their shift (I have never seen that scheduled).
So a Schedule could be produced in some form or other but I feel that not everybody would be happy with it and some would always complain about something!
^ All very accurate I would have thought. And yes, what we mean by a schedule (the public published one) is only part of what the day-to-day producer has to make-up as you say.
So why
aren't we getting a schedule...?!
The part I have bolded in your post is presumably what Sin were/are trying to avoid, i.e. having to switch and change the public version at the last minute. Things have probably been very tumultuous there since their launch and appearances are probably
confirmed only very late on, etc. Sin are presumably attempting to keep their talent as happy as possible (and do things better by them than the competition?). Allowing arrangements to be made late on helps with that.
The bosses there are also presumably doing without a published schedule to make their own lives easier. The execs will be looking to make the sessions with the girls as malleable as possible because they themselves may want to change things when a girl's previous shift went unexpectedly poorly or things didn't work out...
In other words, they are trying to keep the maximum flexibility to help themselves and to placate the girls but... From a babe show fan's perspective they are seriously screwing with the repeat business prospects! Most other channels manage to get at least a three-day one and keep it
reasonably accurate. Have things settled down enough yet at Sin for them to do the same? I hope so because...
Sin need all the fans they can get at the mo. And this scheduling thing is actually costing Sin them.
