RE: Gina took my money
I am not defending the girl. But if someone wants to 'waste' 80 quid on essentially a non-event they deserve what they get.

Would you really be satisfied if you got that lingerie ? I doubt it.

Whilst not directly linked to the topic, it is 'interesting' to report on what happened earlier today. Gina went on webcam some after 11 am. She had, essentially, one interested party and before 11.30 she raised her price atleast twice and finally settled at £4 a minute. I only read what was happening but, essentially, as what happens too frequently now, that SDI (work that one out for yourself) had to tip to see more and she set her price at £50 for a full strip. Some time later, he actually coughed up.

At mid-day, she had to leave the main set but still was on webcam. Her poodle followed her. She finally closed the chat at 1.30 pm. So that was atleast 120 minutes at £4 a minute plus the £50 for the tip. So that ejjit coughed up at least £530 (it was more) for that privilege.

If you lost £80 you got off lightly. Hey. She has just earned enough to pay you back.

RE: Gina took my money
Does this have anything to do with S66? Too bloody right it does. The actions of their employees (or Contractors, to be accurate) have a direct effect on their reputation (yeah...i know Wink ) and they should make it clear that any business dealings with their customers outside of phone calls / webcam should be 100% above board.

As a supplier, if you're sending expensive goods to a customer, it is YOUR responsibility to use a reliable, tracked service for delivery, adding it to the price of the item if necessary. If it gets "lost in the post" then it is the supplier's responsibility to refund or provide a replacement then take it up with the delivery service.

It's basic good business practice. Not difficult by any means.

RE: Gina took my money
^^ The above only applies if the main contractor, in your argument s66, was paid for the goods.

Now if s66 wants to earn a few extra bob they can follow the example set by ETV some years ago who actively promoted the exchange of a pair of knickers (for the highest sender of VIP SMS's at 10 euro a kick) removed in full camera view and placed in a marked envelope in the sweaty hands of Hans.

And, apparently, the 'winner' actually got the goods. The models, on the other hand, evidently thought the idea was repulsive and it seemed were reluctant to appear on that particular night show.

It does not matter what the £80 quid was for, it is irrelevant... it also does not matter if it was £80, £800 or £8000. He paid for something, she took the money and did not deliver. Cyber crime is no less of a crime than face to face crime.

don't think myself this has anything to do with s66 myself, if it was something gina did working for s66 either a webcam show or during a skyshow then yes action can be taken against s66 & gina.

but it isn't, this situation is just between Gina & Fragels outside of s66 which now seems to have hit an impasse.

hope this can get sorted out soon in a way both gina & fragels can be happy with. hopefully gina will see this thread and get things sorted out

Whilst I do feel for the purchaser, really unfortunate mate.

I agree with Rammy here.

I don't think that it has anything to do with Studio 66 as it did not involve them in any capacity here (as far as I know).

Seems like it was a private sale between Gina and this poo guy.

You have every right to bring this breach of contract to action. All the elements are there, that is, offer, acceptance, consideration etc.

Best of luck trying to get something back mate.

db83,

what you are saying is completely irrelevant and stupid, she stole money from me, end of. You think thats okay do you??? What I do what my money has got nothing to do with you.

Also what do you mean I got off lightly?? be it 8 pounds or 80 pounds, its still theft. Maybe that guy could afford to spend that time on cams. He aint on here complaining now is he??

Completely agree 100% with you 'Tumble drier' couldnt put it better myself.

Infact it was initially spoken about on a call to her on s66tv, she even told me her email address on the phone call to her, again during a live s66tv call. She also quoted me the price. It would have gone further only my call credit ran out. So yes this does have to do with s66 (rammy and db83)

Even if this phonecall didnt happen, it still looks really bad on s66 as a company and their reputation. Thats why I have contacted them. Now I dont want anyone to lose their job or anything, but I want to make them aware of this. They might even have a chat with her.

Your damn right 'Tumble drier' its very easy to track order etc..That way she has evidence. She does not have this so she is responsible, and a refund is what I am very much entitled to.
