Discussion! Would you Miss the BABECHANNELS if they were to END ?

I'm a bit narked that Sky Arts have been cut from 2 channels to 1, so I guess my answer would be Yes. Especially if continued interest in these girls involved surrendering to the Twitter gods

That said, I ain't never gonna ring up, so I suppose I can't complain if they don't aim themselves at me.

Yeah doddle im the same about sky arts they have cut from 2 to 1 channels yet claim to have made it better!! still if it stops them showing Il devo and Andre rieu every 5 mins thats a win

i voted Yes but tbh i wouldn't give a shit if RLC went bust because there are no girls left on that channel i watch anyway, well except for Teejay but she is a daybabe, i spend far more time on this forum than actually watching the babeshows these days as quite a few of my faves have left and i have gone off a few babes aswell, however one of the first things i still do when i turn on the TV at night is to check to see who is on the babeshows esp BS, so i'd miss doing that if they went bust, i barely go more than 2 days without watching the babeshows even if its just a quick check to see who is on

Anyway i can't see all the babeshows going bust for long time yet as there will always be enough fanboys and casual callers keeping them going, when you see the likes of Bex Shiner, Ella Jolie, Lady Bellatrix, Candy Charms, Alice Goodwin, Victoria Roberts, Levi, Louise Porter and Paige Turnah bringing in the calls then you know there are a lot of blokes out there who aren't fussy about the quality of babe or the quality of show, Xpanded and Goldengirls wouldn't have lasted this long if everyone thought it was shit so its unlikely the bigger babechannels will go bust. there will always be people who are happy to call up any girl on any babeshow as long as she has a pulse, but if it wasn't for people like them the babeshows would die

Yes. If I switched on the tv tonight to find a 'No Service' message on all the babechannels, then I would be sad that they weren't on, because it's part of the daily routine, and it would be a bit of a shock to suddenly be without them.

On the other hand, if they are to go, it would likely be by a long and painful process of decline (debate when that process started ), so by the time they went off air completely, there wouldn't be much to miss, and then the answer would be no.

Well I voted Yes to level to scores even at 50/50 The reason I voted Yes is because ofcourse I'd miss them if they were gone, I know they have been abysmal of late but whilst they still remain there is always hope that tonight might just the night when they decide to push the boat out again.

Do I want to see the channels go under, ofcourse not, I've mourned every single channel that we've lost over the years. The demise of SportXXX was a painful one to take as I loved that channel as it was the home of the legendary Bailey Cream

As I posted on another Thread I wouldn't be too fussed if they all decided to temporary pull the plug on the channels in order to take Ofcom to court and demand a better deal, one that does not discriminate against this sort of entertainment and ofcourse to have them reclassified as Adult channels as its clear for all to see that they are struggling under the current teleshopping licence

Bangbabes was a big loss as well, people say RLC used to be good but it doesn't even come close to Bangbabes imo

Although i'd miss the babeshows if they suddenly ended tomorrow, eventually i do want to move on from the babeshows i hope im not still watching them in 20 years time if they are still around, then again i'd love to see Tori on golden girls in 20 years time

I voted yes, I would definitely miss them. I would even miss BabestationX, even though it's abysmal most of the time. I would miss it just for those occasional moments when they actually do something very good.

What I was trying to say is that whilst the shows are alive there's always still that potential for a decent show. Perhaps it's shrinking by the day, but it's not impossible and that's why I still like to check.
So no I wouldn't be devastated, but I would miss that opportunity to have a browse, just in case.

Anyway, if that did happen what would we all find to moan about?
All the capper's and vid posters would be redundant and what would happen to this forum?
I just think there's more to it then initially meets the eye, but every man to his own opinion

Ok so I have had a long think about this.
Bear with me .
The content has never been so unimaginative.
The lack of variety of set, outfit, position and pose is worse than ever and is worsening with every passing night, week, month and year.
The paucity of visual sexual stimulation plummets further and deeper into the depths of doom with every passing night.
The culture of fear and overdone self regulation never as strong as it is today.
The anti freeloader mentality has never been as prevalent on the part of the babes.
The precious, high and mighty attitude of too many has poisoned the output and the merest hint of criticism met with howls of babe disapproval and offence taken when in reality the criticism of their shows is anything but offensive most of the time.
The culture of fanboy protection of those who barely deserve it has never been so powerful imo.
The inconsistency in interpretation by channels as it to what is allowed when, where and under what conditions has become utterly crippling and bewildering.
The viewer experience has never been worse. There is so little to stimulate my senses and keep me interested that my eyes have become weary to the same old babes doing the same old thing in the same old outfits and sets while showing off the only universally held skill - that of phone waving.
The caller experience has never been worse either.
Requests met with 'I can't do that until.......' or 'I am not allowed to do that because of OFCOM'.
Or worse still 'I am not doing that tonight' with no explanation given for the refusal.
And yet on a different night the game changes and things that were not allowed become allowable again out of thin air.
Non willingness turns to 'Yes of course' .
Add to all this.............
Cut to logo.
Endless OSGs.
Endless plugging for this pic or that vid.
Endless babes going on the mic to question why there is a lack of calls . If they have not worked that out by now they seriously have lost the plot.

And yet for all of the above I sit there and torture myself with the ridiculous hope that somehow these channels can turn things around and make things better.
It is really quite a ludicrous hope when you think about it.
I have long had the impression that these channels have been too busy trying to stab each other in the back rather than work together to provide healthy competition of visual sexual stimulus. Too much watching each other like hawks, waiting to find every false move.
They may not be guilty but the impression created is somewhat different. How can I trust these channels or those that represent them anymore?
A lot of the time on some channels there appears to be no cameraman. The babe just stays rigidly in the same position.
The number of times I have rang up to make a request which has been declined because the cameraman was not there is unbelievable .
The production is hopeless, the camerawork is shoddy, the ambition non existent and the frustration total.
And yet............. and yet there is still this annoying voice in my head that says 'Snookered, you know there will be a blue moon some time don't you?'
'You know that good things come to those who wait don't you?'

To which another voice in my head says 'Oh f#ck off and leave me alone, release me from this hell and let me sleep'.

What a futile load of nonsense the hours of 22:00-05:30 have become. Sitting there in the misguided hope that 'Tonight is the night' or 'Tonight will be the revolution' or worse still 'Look at the line up - surely something brilliant must happen tonight'.
But no.
No, no and no again.
No enjoyment for you snookered.

I have porn options.
I have a plethora of websites I can join that will cost a lot less than endless calls at £1.53pm.
Do I really need the babeshows? No.

Would I miss them? No.
I would get much of my life back or should I say much of my sleep back.
The one thing I would miss is someone I am missing already.

But even she cannot save the shows by herself..............

^ I love this idea. Getting a few priceless mental images - in one the fanboy protectors are kindof Anthill Mob / Bugsy Malone types; and in the other they are sinister sunglasses-sporting Agents of the Matrix with those earpieces receiving messages from the all powerful channels telling them to take out all these Nemos daring to criticise their personnel.



EDIT : do you think there's any merchandising opportunities in "Fanboy Protection" condoms ? Oh no wait, fanboys probably don't need condoms do they..when are they ever going to use them ? Ah my business plan is in ruins.
