If Lucy-Anne wasn't getting the calls, then s66 won't have her on. Until that is the case, Lucy-Anne will carry on being on past 10pm
If you don't like Lucy-Anne's post 10pm shows then as Lucy-Anne herself says, turn over. That's what I do rather than watch her and rant.
Yes Lucy-Anne's tease shows make money for 66 (presumably more money than a current night show babe from there roster would generate in the same slot). But to leave the argument at that would be to ignore the fact that what she and the others who do similar post-10pm strictly tease shows (as opposed to the mini-night show format preferred by some babes) is undeniably a
replacement service provided as an alternative because of a failure of capacity to provide the original on behalf of the operator.
You see Rammy, your argument can also be reversed back at you: Do you think that 66 would be doing these kinds of shows if they could get more night show performers who could work to the required standard and generate sufficient revenue..?
The fact that 66 can't settle on stripping these slots right across the week (despite their best efforts) speaks volumes. 66 can't staff the slots efficiently either way they try; that is the cause of this issue. Their tease format is merely them making the best of a bad job. It is a patch-up form designed to address a staffing problem. It is the replacement bus service of the babe show world! (Just because it happens to "pick up more passengers" than anything else 66 could muster atm doesn't deny a basic credibility and sustainability problem as far as a large body of existing babe show fans are concerned.)
To use another analogy I've used before, when I order those baked beans with the sausages in them from my favourite supermarket and they send me the ordinary ones without, I will probably be mildly annoyed, but if they keep doing it week after week I will get completely vexed! They have consistently not delivered my preference, what I have grown accustomed to, and what I expected from them
over many years. In other words for a lot of babe show fans the continued use of these slots
increases their frustrations not diminishes them.
These are not enforced changes made to meet regulations, they are economic ones designed to offer something the suits the supplier more than many (even of not a majority) of its customer base. To have a babe come on here essentially try to shut down criticism (as far too many try to do) with a "get over it" is merely going to aggravate the problem. Can you think of any customer service representative that would do anything similar in any other industry?!
And btw, why are the vast majority of babes that post on here so defensive in their posts?! This is a forum set up to express a passion for their chosen profession and instead of questioning why there is so much criticism of their recent output many seem so content to dismiss with a "bloody whinger" type comments. Has the current social media landscape (so easy to blank out negativity of any kind) made them all so touchy?!
The oft quoted, "there is only one thing in life worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about," seems apt. Some babes should be careful least we all stop caring for what they do and find a new way to spend our money.
