Brendon McCullum today hit 158 in 64 balls with 11 fours and 11 sixes in Warwickshire's T20 Blast match with Derbyshire.
He brought up his century in 42 balls.

If England are looking at batsmen in form then they may concider James Taylor. He scored 291 today.

I think that Bairstow or Taylor will be in the frame to replace Bell.They're both in form ,Bairstow has been in consistently good from whereas Taylor has had a slow start this season.I think Bell's career may be drawing to a close in fact his form over the last couple of years wass very similar to KPs before his sacking

In amongst all the furore over KPs sacking last year it was largely ignored that his test average was in the early 30s since 'text gate'.Bell is in a simlar position.

Why drop Bell just because he is struggling for form? he is England,s best player by a mile.

I've just seen David Whilley's knock against Sussex in the T20.
He hit 34 runs off one over.

He's already in the England T20 & ODI squads.
But he should also be concidered for the test team as well.

England will stick with the side that won the last test unless Anderson is passed fit then Finn will drop out, Lyth will be given a final chance to prove himself, if he fails to impress then i believe the selectors will go with someone else for the upcoming series against Pakistan.
