Our friend already has one company in liquidation and that did not stop him from starting two more.

You might say that our friend has ticked some of these boxes eg "•Continuing to take credit when there was "no reasonable prospect" of creditors being paid." Certainly Sin2 appears that way but there again they might just have stopped in time before it got serious.

Of course starting afresh, on a more modest scale, might bring them in to surplus and then use that to settle the older debts. But that could take some time and many might not be prepared to wait.

I don't think that would be a smart idea at all. They have apparently put money down on a new studio (before the funds dried up) and if they were wound up I suppose they would lose that. I'd say that if they were wound up now they'd surely be out of the babe channels for good.

It doesn't seem likely that they'll get paid now. I think it's game over. No pay for the girls and no comeback for Sin TV.
