I would like to report the tragic death of the cowboys promising season
Tony Romo is out with a broken collarbone for 8 weeks.
You realise with this shocking news that you can't take anything for granted.
You always think these things only happen to other people and never you.
A one minute silence will be observed at the next cowboys match. Please feel free to pay your respects for a tragic death of an extremely promising season.

^Wouldn't can your season just yet. Still 2-0 and Weeden is one of the better back up QBs in the league. If he can manage games and your running game carries you then winning the division is still very possible. Ny and Philly both 0-2 and the Eagles offense was dreadful last night. I reckno you can still beat both NY and Washington without Romo and Dez. The NFC East is a fairly weak division outside of Dallas and Philly. I reckon you at least get a wildcard place.

Got a feeling that this time next week me and Mr Setter might not be talking, lol

He was terrible when he started for us last season. He always did well when he came into the game but never when he started. With the bye hopefully Romo will only miss 7 games if Weedon could win 4 out of 7 that will leave us with 6-3 record when Romo comes back, so it might not be all doom and gloom.

@ baddabing are we scheduled to play each other next? That would be unusual a team playing 3 teams from the same conference in as many weeks. I think by American standards Dallas v Atlanta is pretty much seen as a local derby.

Can see the match being hyped up as the battle of the undefeated.
Think it will be a low scoring affair or hope it will be if Dallas have any hope of winning.

I remember watching Americas game with the raiders punter doing that. He was controversially selected as a first round pic and was kicking bombs. Ex Aussie rules footballers have been recruited in that position because of their ability to kick the ball into orbit.
Anyway back to the matter in hand. Apart from the fact that we have lost our star quarter back, our star wide receiver and that none of our running backs average anything near 4 yds per carry our offence is looking in great shape
We have Sean Lee at mid line backer who is superb but is always injured. He is fit again so is like signing a new player. If Ryan and jones refuse to work together and your tight end and running back go on strike, than I think we might have half a chance

Despite my obvious cynicism if Dallas can keep the falcons down to less than 15 points we might have a shot.

Giants have got their first win on the board. They are a funny team they more often than not don't make the playoffs but when they do they seem to always win the whole thing. Seem to be unbeatable come january. They must be eliminated before than!!!!!!! if the worst comes to the worst I'm sure I could always count on the baddabing to provide a solution.
