Thank you for all the well wishes really means a lot to me, did something rather dumb i thought i could just pop down the road to pay a bill and chest pains come back again so in bed again resting up.

Had to go to A and E again after watching Spectre I pulled my left calf muscle the previous wasn't gonna let that stop me from watching the film but had to straight after was in so much pain.

musta been kryptonite in the popcorn... (sneeks off and hides the saltshaker )

Had the problem the night before but just to had Spectre lol

Hope you get well. You are big contributor to this forum. Lesson to all of us. We need to cut the wanking spree out on late night. It's not good for us.
