If there is one solution to stop back handers and vote rigging for the right to stage the FIFA World Cup - let the beaten finalists stage the next competition!!

i know, surely you would give it to the winner, or if the host wins the runner up.

^ But this would mean that more than 80% of the world would never host the competition. No finals in Asia, Australasia, Africa, North America.
And we'd never get the another competition back in England
