RE: Forum upgrade
Attachments are just opening like always for me...like you say, Paddyfrank, 'as if by magic'
Perhaps it's either a specific post or poster issue?
Paddyfrank or Doc7576, if you give me a link to one of the attachments that's doing that, I'll test it...

Attachments just open the same way as they always have done before, in a new tab in firefox, for me.

When I open an attachment in any post, it now downloads to my temp folder, and gives me the open/save option. Before it just opened (as if by magic) on a new page. Is this the same for everyone? No major problem, just a little slower than before....

Same for me mate.

Those two both open automatically for me, Paddyfrank, straightaway in a new tab; no problems at all.

(Like TheWatcher, I also have Firefox, if that might be relevant).

What is this 'firefox' of which you talk? An alternative to Internet Explorer?

Please excuse my un-educated ignorance, although seven tins of Carlsberg might not be helping. Time I was off to the pub me thinks....

How does this new warning level work? It's shown as a percentage, but what percentage does one warning equal?, not that I'm planning on getting any warnings, but tsurugi might find it useful to know.Wink Big Grin
