I believe the reason for Mica's second night show ( when she does two consecutive night shows) not being as good as the first night is simply to do with the fact that after the second night's show she has to drive home to London! On the first night she probably gets inebriated, and somewhat carefree, knowing that she is staying at the BS house in-between and hasn't the worry of travelling.
