Mate, for someone (such as me) who has rarely voted and not aware of these things no it's not.

And remember, it affects the ones who wants to vote in as well as out; just make sure you are actually registered; it certainly isn't as much a given as you seem to think.

^the cynic in me believes the brexit campaigners would disseminate this confusing 'false' info in the hope that it dissuades more yes voters than no from voting, taking into fact that they know they are well behind and can't do themselves any harm.

but in reality the 'correct' info is indeed very easy to follow. if you're registered to vote, vote. if not, register. job done.

Yeah the campaign is mainly to get younger voters especially students who are away from home to rememebr to register the universitys used to do it if you stayed in halls of residence but not any more and millions of voters were pulled off register

They are saying there could be nearly 4 million voters who are not eligable to vote because of the new rules most of which are young voters who are more likely to vote to remain than leave

its a good job its this year when im 42 according to the number crunchers the age you turn from a Remainer to a leave person is 43 a person over 43 is more likely to vote to leave lol
