RE: Europe..IN or OUT??
I was always against Scottish independence but now it's different - we have no choice but to leave the UK.
If Nissan close that Sunderland car plant they are welcome in Scotland, along with all other foreign business moving from England.

as a rule anything that makes nigel farage happy, we should all do the complete opposite. just common sense imo.
Clearly it wasn't just about farage, I doubt many poeple like him, as the last election showed.
i cant stand the guy. he and his ilk are bigoted, racist nitwits who campaingned on lies and fearmongering.
yet i voted leave.
why?
because we joined the eec free market. we didnt join the eu superstate.
other reasons. the TTIP. a deal that was made behind closed doors because it would be rejected if the public ever found out its contents before it was ratified.
Brussels is an unelected boys club that put corporate interests above that of the people. they are unelected and unaccountable to the people of europe never mind the people of the uk. thats not how democracy works so i rejected it...
as for sturgeon, its purley flag waving. she seems to think that scotland can just stay. but the reality is the UK voted to leave, scotland is part of the uk so it has to leave as well. if scotland decideds to leave the uk and wants back in to the eu it will have to take its place at the back of the line and wait the 20 or so years it takes to get membership.

What's your point exactly? That turkeys sometimes vote for Christmas?

You seem to think that all these busnisses are all going to up sticks and move to scotland, thats probably not going to happen.
The only way it would be worse and that's if the other EU cvountires make it bad, and early indications seem to be saying people need to think and cut deals and the Germans slapping huge tarriffs on the UK wouldn't be a good idea.
