Quote:The August 22nd 2016 edition of RAW, which featured the fallout from the WWE Summerslam PPV, did 3.315 million viewers overall. This is up from last week's 2.915 million viewers.

Below is the hourly breakdown:

8PM: 3.462 million viewers
9PM: 3.370 million viewers
10PM: 3.113 million viewers.

Quote:As seen on Monday, NXT Superstar Bayley finally made her full-time main roster debut for the RAW brand. Bayley would go on to challenge WWE Women's Champion Charlotte to a match, however she wounded up with a match against Dana Brooke instead.

We have been told that original plans for Bayley's debut did not call for her to be in the title picture on the main roster. WWE is now building for Bayley vs. Charlotte for the championship now that Sasha is out of action. It's believed that the company decided to go with Bayley is because they don't really have another top babyface on the RAW brand to match up against Charlotte at this time.

Speaking of Sasha, she is expected actually be out of action for 1-2 months now that she doesn't need back surgery. Had she needed back surgery she could have been outli action for over six months.

Quote:WWE revealed the first five members of WWE’s new Cruiserweight division on Monday night's WWE RAW broadcast. They are: Brian Kendrick, TJ Perkins, Noam Dar and Rich Swann. We can also confirm that Cedric Alexander has been signed for the Cruiserweight division as well.

The WWE Cruiserweight division will debut on the September 19th edition of RAW.

Quote:Sunday's WWE SummerSlam event Randy Orton's match against Brock Lesnar ended with a TKO finish after Orton was busted open. The finish of the match had many speculating that the bout wasn't supposed to end the way it did and WWE officials had them do an impromptu finish.

As previously reported, the match actually ended exactly how it was planned. In regards to speculation that Orton bladed during the finish, we can confirm that that wasn't the case here. Lesnar actually ended up busting Orton open the hard way, he just bleed much more than officials intended on.

For those that were wondering if Orton had suffered a concussion in the match, we can now confirm that he didn't suffer a concussion of any sort. However, it's worth noting that he did get banged up pretty bad, but that is common when you step into the ring against Brock Lensar.

Once again the ratings drop in the last hour despite an overall improvement,not surprising for a 3 hour show that has mostly dull promos and squash matches.Great news though regarding The Boss's lay off.Hope rehab from injury goes well.

It just asks a lot of a viewer to sit threw, combine that with smackdown you have 5 hours of wrestling in two days or incase of a PPV 8/9.

despite the ending to summerslam it has been a great few days for wwe. nxt takeover was fantastic, summerslam by far the best ppv this year, raw was better this week and smackdown was good.

finn balor showed how good he was on sunday after continuing with dislocated shoulder.

^I would say mania was a better show overall but neither reached its real potential, raw is having a few bright spots but slowly feel it dragging again as the weeks go by, smackdown feels more fresher to me currently, loved the miz shoot angle on bryan.
