I think both he and Goldust have been effectively humiliated by WWE just for being connected to Dusty Rhodes. I'm not a fan of dynasties per se, but if you want to sabotage someone permanently, then the Goldust gimmick was it. It is to both Dustin and Cody's credit that they persisted in the face of it, and remain popular with the crowd, who know what games are being played, and respect them all the more.

If you recalled, Sasha Banks faced Bayley in a 30 minute Ironwomen match back at NXT Takeover: Respect on October 7th, 2015. The match received rave reviews and company officials were high on the match.

As of this writing, there is no talk on exactly when the company would do it. It’s still in the early stages of discussion.

I tend to agree it was in parts quote lackluster. I will never understand the need to keep the tag belts on the new day they simply do not need them to get over, gallows and anderson are really suffering because of it and vinces probable fascination to just reach a record, if they were to drop the belts it would of happened by now. Another match that really turned me away was the best of seven ending in a no contest so we just invested in endless matches for it to come to this? pointless never a fan of no contests on a PPV that should be left the weekly TV shows. The only matches that came away with any sort of credibility and progression in story was zayn versus jericho, the womens match and main event.

What do you call tag champs who lose at WrestleMania and SummerSlam? Well you don't call them tag champs for a start?!

Would the TLC era around 2000-1 have been the same if afterwards they went "oh and the champs lost but they didn't lose the belts!"?

I had predicted Sheamus would beat Cesaro in a pathetic 3 minute farce and then challenge Roman Reigns. It's hard to out-predict Vince when he comes up with even dumber ideas than you can credit him for.
