A good Ep but not as strong as the previous Eps of Season 3, pretty much weak villain for this Ep what it did have was a compelling story between three of the characters in this Ep Caitlin Snow, Harrison Wells and Julian Albert each of which you get driven story good and bad about there history. As for the ending there will be repercussions later along the season. Also watch for the Star Wars references, the CW shows certainly love Star Wars lol.

Ep 2 "Paradox" Easter Eggs

When Barry tries to go back in time to fix the timeline again his stopped Jay Garrick they end up in a diner in 1998 in the back ground Dawson Creek is playing which not only did Greg Berlanti create that show he would go on to create Arrow, The Flash, Legends and Supergirl. John Wesley Shipp who plays Henry Allen/Jay Garrick was also in Dawson Creek.

Diggle has a older son instead of a baby daughter named John Jnr who in the alternate time becomes Conner Hawke/Green Arrow.

The person that kills The Rival isn't Doctor Alchemy, Flashpoint may have only been two ep's but the repercussions of Flashpoint and Barry's actions will effect the rest of season 3. Maybe Reverse Flash was right about Barry being the villain. One of the effects of his actions Caitlin becoming Killer Frost.
