If it's to cater to his needs as his old then ok... but still the man should be able to work at least a 8-10 min match

I still stand on the opinion that lesnar and goldberg both have a strong enough characters and brand to sell themselves on mania the universal championship is not necessary to make this match of a more importance to be quite honest and for owens to drop it in this instance is laughable. (I could GIF that match in full..)

The show as a whole I thought had its moments (crusierweights, charlottes streak ending - didnt see that coming) but for the most part thought was fairly average.

^ excellent news,he was always a favourite of mine.Carried The Ultimate Warrior in two memorable feuds in the WWF and was a major player in the Dangerous Alliance in WCW.His matches with Ricky Steamboat and Sting are classics that still hold up.

I wonder whatever happened to all of the personalised tights Rude had made. Perhaps his wife has them all still. She could make a tasty sum selling those to collectors. Anyway, excellent news on Rude's induction. Thoroughly deserved. Good class this year.

Ricky 'The Dragon' Steamboat is scheduled to collect the HOF Honour on behalf of Ravishing Rick (who in my opinion was a very underated wrestler).A well deserved entry into the HOF.He was a great talker on the mic as well with his constant put-down to the crowd.I'll quote one in memory of The Ravishing One.

"Cut the music.What I'd like to have right now is for all you fat,out-of-shape Inner-City sweat-hogs keep the noise down whilst I take my robe off & show all the ladies what a real man is supposed to look like.NOW HIT MY MUSIC !".

Great quote.I remember Summerslam '90 at the Philadelphia Spectrum,he referred to the crowd as "Pennsylvania piss ants."

I love all those stories Steve Austin tells of him on the unleashed podcast,so funny. Also despite playing the cowardly heel,he was one of hardest and most feared men in wrestling during his career.
