did Fox News imply to him that Pavarotti was still alive?

There are some in America beginning to mention his mental capacity as in the last week or so he's called Paul Ryan "Ron" by mistake a few times in a speech in Wisconsin, mixed up Syria and Iraq as well as this Pavarotti thing.

On a positive note his declaration a week ago that he had sent an an ships to the Korean area has now become true. At the time he said it they were sailing in the opposite direction and 3000 miles on the way to a naval exercise

No, but they're hardly a factual news channel, it's more opinion and lie based, to suit their agenda.
John Oliver's show actually paid for adverts on the channel, in the hopes of educating Trump on a few things. lol.
