Shock Horror though.... Surprised It's LIVE TV, anything can happen in the next half hour!

Should that not read: anything did happen about an hour ago Wink

Hi, not sure if this is anything to do with you but maybe you can pass the message on to someone else.
Last night, the first 4 minutes of the freeview show on channel 33 were sound only. My bedroom tv said the transmission was scrambled and there was a mosaic of colours on the screen. My PVR downstairs just had a black screen for those 4 minutes with sound. The rest of the show was received ok. These 2 have separate aerials. I am in Granada TV region.
A similar thing has occurred on 4 or 5 nights in the last week or so at the beginning of the program.

Hi there. Yes it was the same for me; I just had a scrambled picture for 4 minutes then suddenly all was normal.I'm in the Meridian region (Portsmouth area) so I presume it was a general problem.

Just to let those waiting for a reply know - as of yesterday (Thursday), ModSta is off for the best part of a week

Figured I'd let you know so you knew not to expect any response any time soon

Though there is always the chance that one of the other cellcast/bs employees floating around here may see this thread and pass on the points before then Smile

Thanks for this guys. Obviously we can't monitor the 'entire country' that would be a little bit Big-Brother-esque and besides we don't make that show... Heh heh...

Anyway, Operations at our end has everything going out fine so it may be a routing staion / tranmission booster issue during that time elsewhere in the country. I have sent your observations to some of the broadcast lot to see what they can figure out from it.

Sure thing, we'll have a meet up and feed them copious amounts of 'Adult Lemonade' and they'll be racing down 'The Mall' before you can say 906.
