RIP. I liked him as Dexter and Norman Paris in the Columbo episode Double Shock.

forgot he was commander Koenig in space 1999. i wish some channel would show that again not seen it since 80's

great actor been in some great TV and movies during the years

Not quite a spin-off mate. It was made instead of season 2 of Gerry Anderson's UFO. It used their money, basic plot ideas (moon and its station being blasted out of orbit) and some of the former's production personnel IIRC.

I knew it had connections to UFO I am sure Martin's character could be loosely based on Straker from UFO
