Start of the new season with Kara distancing herself from her friends & family in what I thought was a bit of a content light episode.I'm pleased to see the shows (& in all the DC shows)most annoying character Cat Grant (Calista Flockheart) being relegated to a mere cameo appearance.
I just hope the series puts more emphasis on the vllians & storylines like The Flash & Arrow does instead of the tedious romances & at times boring storylines.
Supergirl's a character that is equal to Superman ability-wise & is the most powerful character of all the DC shows & with Jonn Jonzz/Martian Manhunter as a show regular episodes should be meatier than they are.

I admit still quite fancy Kara (Melissa Benoit) though.

DC's best show returns for a 4th Series where it's been 6 months since the Flash/Barry Allen has found a new home in the Speed Force & Central City is threatened by a new villian calling out The Flash.This leaves Sisco & team to open the Speed Force & bring back The Flash who turns out to be a much changed man but a certain event brings The Flash back to his senses with much added speed too (he's obviously been working out on his hiatus).

I was a bit luke-warm with the returning Supergirl series but The Flash shows agains why it's DC's flagship show.Great Opener.
