She certainly looks well. If - as some have hinted at - she was ill, it's good to see she's recovered. After watching her for all of 2 minutes it's like she never left. Face it, she's not exactly Ms. Movement, is she? She makes Evelyn look like Lori in comparison, with her same old routine.

What else can one expect from this channel though? Welcome home, Cara.

Great to see Cara making a return, looking beautiful as ever.
She has possibly the most dazzling, sunshine-happy smile of anyone on the channels and it's been sorely missed.
