a) Any "sicko" who has got a firearm, and gone to a school to cause harm, is not going to be put off by meeting opposition. In some cases, it would make it more of a game for them (how much damage can you do before you're countered? etc)
b) What kind of teacher wants Performance-Related Pay for gun training? How many teachers would refuse to be trained, no matter how much money offered?

and the good guy has a better gun than the bad guy? I think arming teachers would make things no better and massacres would just get bigger and more bloody...

I agree, the good guy sentiment was put forth by NRA executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre, I was sarcastically repeating him and tried to highlight that by including Doddle's post that contained the story of the armed person at the school and showing that it was bullshit but I guess my endeavours fell flat

If there is no collusion with Russia what are they pleading guilty to ?
