S66 should do 2-4-1 web cam shows more often.

Fernanda Ferrari and Sophia Lares & Heather Kay and Mia Yasmin would be ideal.

its a joke as they will not give the new girls they have took on so far this year regular shifts Jade, Maddie and Imogen are all stuck waiting for girls to cancel when what they need is 2-3 regular shows a month to grow a fan base,
and now they have started fining girls £100 when they cancel a shift there may be less of there canceled shows for the new girls to use for tv time,

do you know if that is an actual fine or is it docked pay? there is technically a difference. just curious. it's ok, they can just lay in bed with a stranger for 15 minutes to make it back, saves driving through london or wherever and laying on a bed with a phone yawning for hours. either way, they seem pretty well paid these girls, 100 will be chump change for some of them. not surprised to hear it though, they seem to get "unwell" a lot. not too many years ago they all used to drive on nails given the amount of shifts they cancelled because of flat tyres

It won't be just the fine though - they'll lose the pay for the shift and probably be warned that the following month they may get reduced shifts. Thats fairly standard in the industry to deter girls dropping out at the last minutes so its difficult to get a replacemnt in.

why would they care if they're lying about not being able to make it into work when they're probably escorting (come on now) or elsewhere taking a better offer financially. most of them seem too flaky and irresponsible and treat it like a bit of random pocket money for when no better offer is there, in my opinion. never heard of so much illness and bad luck with cars since i followed these girls, no sympathy
