Are you referring that other models would perform better knowing they had a 8 week posting rule. Twitter etc is flooded with instant videos and caps when fern is on. In 2018 that rule is pointless and needs to be adjusted.

It's a strange rule really in that no one has said why it's 8 weeks particulary. AFAIK Ofcom can go back as far as they wish to pursue a breach. Perhaps it's some sort of informal understanding.
