Having viewed the early morning news the subject of moped thieves came up.
Annoying little dole dossing cunts that prefer picking on vulnerable people instead of being decent human beings. Absolutely no excuse for it.

Grinds my gears that the little bastards get away with it as well. I remember as a kid getting caught scrumping apples by the local bobby, getting a sharp clip round the ear for my troubles then getting taken home to face another ear bashing from my Mam.

Once caught & charged they should have a lifetime ban from owning any motorised or non motorised vehicle even down to a mobility scooter and a lifetime ban on claiming benefits
