Great post mate agree with all of that, so got the feeling they just don't get this place, for me a perfect example of the discount between those in the industry and the fans,

For we weather it got the number of votes they where looking for in round one or not is not the point they should have stuck with the forum only vote this year to give them and the new award so much needed credibility, you just don't change how a votes being cast half way through a contest,

If next year they want to use the forum to be a nomination committee to set the names for a public vote that's fine and everyone would know where they stand, just should not have changed it to that half way through this year's vote,

Also I feel the forum is missing out on potential new members as if you could only vote on here then fans you see these twitter posts will come here for the first time maybe which would have been a good thing,

maybe the forum could sponsor an award babeshow forum Babe of the Year ?

I can't say I'm surprised at some forum members throwing their toys out of pram about this. I mean compared to possible nuclear war with North Korea and Trump's Government ripping children out of their parents arms at the Mexican border and now seemingly having lost track of where the kids are this vote is clearly much more important

For what it's worth my view is this was never the forums award and I'm just happy that we were asked to contribute to identify the list of nominees.

Only 260 votes were cast - I'd guess UKAP will get more votes using their voting system for the winner

Some forum members raised concerns that with a small voting population the winner could get relatively few votes. Well UKAP seem to have resolved that problem

The members of this forum are only a subset of the viewers, callers and potential voters for the award so why be precious about it?

I got a very nice thankyou PM about my vote and I'm happy with that.

I see that BS have a BS Webcam performer of the year award. I've no idea who came up with the nominees but the award is voted for alongside the rest of the UKAP awards so there seems to be a consistency about their approach to the final awards.

Well this forum does have its own Day & Night Babe of the Year titles, voted for entirely by forum members, so it will be an interesting comparison to see how the results of ours and theirs turn out.

i to would have been happy if they had said for the start that this is all they where after form us, its just they where seaming to offer so much more,

and did you see the list, i am sure that anyone who has actually watched cam would have come up with a very different list of girls, some good girls on it but also picked some are the less interesting on there, guess its more of a pat on the back for making lots of money,

Your first paragraph is total straw man. Everything on this forum outside the news section is of zero importance compared to those things. There would be no babe posts at all if we held to that standard.

People on here voted under the understanding of one set of rules, those rules were then changed without even notification because the organiser's priorities were not meet by the votes they have used. That is just not particularly nice and that's all guys are saying. IMO to say otherwise is either quite submissive to authority or evidence of the poster being happy with the ultimate outcome.

I also find it intriguinging that BS are now sponsoring an award. That is new info to me. I presume, since it has not been mentioned previously, that the addition of this third award would seem to have happened around the same time as the awards were taken out of the hands of forum members? This would, of course, be the same BS that have a large number of babes with a particularly large number of twitter followers of course. I wonder who else UKAP have been reaching out to for advice on this voting as well as us?

^ Sorry SH I disagree with most of this and your assumptions about BS are totally incorrect. They had a BS cam girl award LAST year as well. Too busy watching the football to reply in detail - maybe tomorrow if I find time.

I was questioning about the third award only. I would say that unless you have been privy to all UKAP's conversations recently you too are equal in making assumptions on the matter of the change.

I'd agree the football is more important than any of this really. Hence why I didn't nominate in the first place.
