It's way too early to be making this kind of assessment.

I don't think many girls will leave to concentrate on their OnlyFans, because the majority surely prize their TV name as their real moneymaker. I think most will only leave if they get work from Babestation or Xpanded and in Babestation's case especially it may take time before they decide who exactly they want to signup.

Rather than most girls have fallen in line, as suggested above, I imagine the more realistic scenario is that most girls are keeping quiet at the moment and are waiting to see if Babestation call them back or reply to their email. Babestation no doubt need to think things through, so we won't know the true number of leavers just yet.

Just basic maths, something does not add up.

They pay the girls 80%.

They pay the Vat man.

They pay the credit card processor.

They pay for hosting etc.

All of that comes to more than 100%

You dont have to be Alan Sugar to see the flaw in the plan.

Without knowing what the terms of service are between OF and the model, here is my take.

The real arrangement is between the model and the end-user. The girl sets the fee and, it appears, OF have no input in this. OF collects the fee on behalf of the model and appears to deduct 20% as a service charge. Since they also appear to promise the model the 80% then the service fee includes any V.A.T. (calculated on the 20% not the 100%) that OF incurs.

From that 20% (less V.A.T) they then settle all their running costs whatever they may be.

^ Plus, they will effectively not even be paying the full 20% VAT on the 20% they charge the girls as they will be able to claim back their own VAT expenses from running the business.

They probably pass on the payment service charge

A low volume/low availability AWS or Azure setup is as cheap as chips and the OF interface is something you can knock up in a couple of days.
