who is also claiming to have apparently started all this when she discovered that the channel, there provider and there paybill company, have all conspired to scam customers knowingly and willingly...

honestly the whole thing started to sound like a wishful fantasy.
if there willingly and knowingly scamming people then its organized crime.
but as i say i find it hard to believe because ive never seen s66 act in anyway that implies organized
and when ive had a problem with my credits its always been sorted out within a week. ive never been over charged or double charged and never had any money just randomly dissaper out of my account. so yeah not sure what scam they are running. but i dont think ive been a victim of if (if indeed there is actually a scam)

if im honest though the whole thing smacked of sour grapes. girls have been doing way stronger content for there only fans than they claimed they were willing to do on s66 cam..
as a result guys were abandoning the cam in favor of the only fans. so the girls were and are taking business directly off s66 by doing things that they wouldnt do but were getting paid to do for the studio.

yeah i can see why s66 want there cut, and it makes more sense than them running a creditcard scam.

If she only discovered it only recently, then it is possible they could have been doing it since they existed and we never knew about it (or we had our own suspicions, but couldn't prove it) and really we should thank Caty for bringing it to light. I'm surprised there hasn't been a police investigation into this I would say the girls are innocent victims in this and can't be blamed but whether it had been going on under Jamie's reign or has only been a recent scam then the current S66 management should be arrested and charged

ive heard plenty of complaints about miss charged credits. but ive never heard of any 1 having issues with the site membership.

she doesnt say who's involved other than there a service provider and she doesn't say what the scam is.
but seemingly it affects the members of the s66 site.
she reported it to managment after some of her customers made complaints to her.???
she claims then she then took it upon herself to single handedly tell all her cam customers not to sign up to the s66 site, because of some scam on the credit cards.

it may just be that shes stirring the pot by making this claim and while caty is an absolute sweetheart on the phone and cam, she is a rendall and perfectly capable of being as ruthless as her sister.

I can simply recall one model at a time there were transmission problems and she was about to leave home for the studio. She made it quite clear that she was self-employed and would have to invoice them for her services.

I can not believe that there is no written contract between the studio and the girl. And even if it is not in writing a contract CAN be verbal.

As for the studio telling them when they can work you only have to look closely at the tv and you would see the girls writing in to a scruffy notebook. My take on this is they confirm their availability on the days they indicate and the studio takes it from there.

I am equally sure that the Inland Revenue would have something to say if they did not accept the self-employed status. There is something called 'Master and Servant' relationship. And if the relevant tests fail then a sub-contractor is to be treated as an employee.

Oh. There is one other thing. Earlier in this thread there was a link to documents submitted to Companies House. The last filed accounts state the 'average number of employees' which is noted at 15. Still anyone want to argue that the girls are in this number ?

Maybe the terms are wrong. What we are talking about here is the girls being independent contractors as opposed to fixed contract employees. There are all sorts of interim positions on this too (fixed term temporary contracts). You're I think envisioning someone who functions as a sole trader (such as a builder or a plumber) getting paid directly by the general public but I think the rest of us are thinking of someone who works as say an IT contractor as part of a bigger team for a major company.

As someone who currently manages a mixed team of 35, all the things you mention below are doable for contractors. But let me do a bit more detail:

If said rules are breached s66 is liable for the fine not the individual girl.
- That's corporate liability; it protects individuals whether they are contractors or employees. However both contractors and employees are responsible for things that may be inferred as being illegal or grossly negligent.
